Sr. Adele Stolz was born to Frank and Louisa Schott Stolz and and given the name Anna at her baptism. Anna entered St. Walburg Monastery on May 13, 1913 and received the habit and her new name on November 6, 1913. Sr. Adele made first profession on March 22, 1915 and final profession on April 1, 1918.

Sr. Adele came to the community with some business skills as she was a teacher of commercial subjects at St. Walburg Academy from 1913 until 1931. She also served as secretary. Sr. Adele died at the age of forty-five on March 19, 1932.
